I recently moved out and it wasn't a bad experience at all. I think all the people who left bad reviews- forget a few things.
The staff explained to me that I would have another 2 or 1 1/2 water bill(s) that would come out of my deposit. Our usual water bill was 50-60 bucks a month. Times that by 2 or 1.5 and that's about $100. Which is the total of your deposit.
When I got my bill I did have questions and the staff was more than happy to explain in detail so I understood. Everything was documented and I don't feel like I was ripped off or that they made up charges to keep/take my money or anything.
I think people 100% expect to get their full deposit back but don't think of the reality that you have to pay your water bill (again; explained to me multiple times) and that pets do cause damage even if your apartment doesn't smell like urine.
I'm giving the complex 4 out of 5 stars. Every now and then it was a bit noisy but that makes sense when you're living in an apartment. A whole bunch of people living close together...
The maintenance works were always fantastic and took care of my problems quickly. They do have s huge complex to take care of so that things always got fixed in a timely manner was appreciated. Even on Sunday!
The amenities were also can great. I wish the clubhouse renovation hadn't taken as long but it does look so awesome now.
While living at the complex the office staff did change some but I did always find a smiling face even if it was a new person. If someone didn't have an immediate answer for me they all were accommodating and pleasant to do what they could.
I miss this place! Less than happy with my new apartment.
Lastly, just remember that people only really take the time to right a review after a bad experience and typically out of anger. :)
