  • We were the last bird customers ;pp sucks that they had to stop offering exotic pet care, but they still did an amazing job on their last customer. They gave us an insanely good wing clipping (right at the base - only super professional people can do that well) without hurting the bird at all. Vet wasn't scared, we've gone to some vets where they were terrified of getting their hand broken (big birds can put thousands of pounds of pressure in a single bite if they want to). If you show fear or even feel a little bit of it, the bird senses that and uses it to its advantage. So the vet didn't have an ounce of doubt and that made our baby pretty calm. So while this review doesn't really matter since they don't do exotic care anymore, I just still wanna say that they were super sweet and they told us that if we need emergency care or a wing clipping we can just come over no charge and I think that's great. I'd definitely take my other animals there if they weren't all exotic also. Not looking forward to having to find a new vet :(
