  • I was very happy with the prices and delivery of the dining table and kitchen table I purchased earlier this year. However just recently noticed the top wood (maybe veneer) of the kitchen table is chipping off and leaving the light wood beneath exposed. I rarely use this table, maybe eating on it 3 times and after 5 months of owning asked for them to see about replacing the top providing pictures. I have struggled for over a month being told I have to email the pictures and explanation myself dealing directly with manufacturer. Now I am told I have to either pay delivery fees Furniture and More to come get table and they take to manufacturer or I must take it myself. I already paid delivery fees when I bought and feel the least they can do is pick it up on the way to manufacturer which my house is on their way from store. They are saying I damaged it which is not true. It is peeling in several spots never placing hot anything or harsh chemicals on it and I have had nothing but run around and no help. I am now on my own dealing with the manufacturer. I will never purchase furniture from Furniture and More again! The truth of customer service is when you need some and they don't care to give you any.
