  • I came in for a quick smog check today and soon realized that this is where I will be coming for my smog checks from now on. A little background- I have had battery connection problems with my car for a while now and when I got a smog check at a Terrible Herbst last week, my smog check was rejected. I wasn't given much explanation and left feeling frustrated and confused. I decided to take my car to this Jiffy Lube location today to see if the results would be any different. Even though my smog came back rejected again, George provided me with much more information as to what the problem is and offered advice on what to do. He even went the extra mile and helped to fix the battery connection problem that I have been having! Because of George and his associate's great customer service and because they really went above and beyond for me, I will definitely be coming back to this location for my future smog checks and oil changes.
