  • THERE'S A REASON NOT A SOUL WAS IN THERE! I went there for the first time today and will never return! I don't trust them and think they're out to make a buck on you... I brought my 19 month old in and said, hello, asked if they had dairy free (the owner pointed to the corner) and explained that I have 3 kids but I'd rather check it out today to see if the youngest likes the dairy free before bringing them all in. I asked if they had a taster or small cup since she's tiny and was just having a bit. He pointed to these 1-2 ounce cups by the water (the kind you'd see at a dentist's office to swing water) When I went to the area that said dairy free on the label (keep in mind I'm chasing my 1 year old around a very empty store), I pulled down and a runny "yogurt" came out. I asked what happened and he said it is a smoothie. I wasn't expecting that in a place where "frozen yogurt" is part of the name. When I went to pay, he tried to charge me $1.50!!!!!!!!!!! I said, are you serious? He said he'd give me a "discount" to $1. Realize this is a tiny, tiny cup! He said that normally it's $3.99 a 16 ounce cup. I said, then how in the world are you charging me $1.50 or even $1? If this were a 2 ounce cup, that'd be maybe 50 cents! He was rude and sharp as he said, "It's more when you buy less." Are you serious???????? This is the dodgy, smarmy business you're dealing with if you go there. He could have easily had a customer who would have returned with many kids and easily made money. Instead he chose to overcharge me and give me attitude! Congrats sir-- after this story is posted on Facebook, shared with others, I assure you, you've lost more than the $1.50 you wanted to scam off of me. You could have had a customer for life, instead you showed that you have no interest in your customers. Do I think this type of guy would try to find a way to scam others if he's so interested in increasing his sales by pennies? Totally. There are just way too many other yogurt options out there! While I'm writing this post to others, he's sitting alone in a totally empty store. If you like their yogurt, go to their other locations. This franchisee doesn't treat customers with respect or any good business sense.
