  • Even though I do have some iBooks on my iPad. It's just great to be able and have the choice to just go to an actual book store and buy an actual book. Barnes & Nobles doesn't just carry books though they also have a large selection of magazines, journals and notebooks. They have a small area filled with DVDs, Vinyls and Cds. You can purchase drawing and writing materials and If you have kids there is a great selection of books, games and trinkets for them and even for us big kids too! If you have a BN membership card ($25 yearly) you can get all kinds of discounts that you'd pay retail price for without the membership and if you order online it's free shipping with no minimum purchase. I'd recommend the membership if you frequently go to or purchase online at BN. The cashier Amanda was courteous, smiled and knowledgeable, she was patient as I was renewing my membership and had lost/misplaced my card. Great customer service. Bonus: not only can y'all get a good read..y'all can get some Java there too!
