  • I needed a rush-order when Bang-On (a shit shop on Queen West) messed up my order just before I was about to travel. Customer service was excellent and on-point. Unfortunately, the colour I requested for my shirts wasn't exact on the order. However, both the customer service rep and the production manager worked fairly, promptly and cooperatively to find a solution that didn't leave me with extra cost for the inaccuracy. Happy to work with businesses that own and stand behind their products. After such a terrible experience with Bang-On, I was looking for a new home to bulk print my products - Artik is it!
