  • Not sure if management or ownership has changed, but the last 2x I've been there, they take forever to do the work. 3hrs for an oil change is ridiculous, and that was on the racks, not waiting for others. Last trip was only for wheel balance. I was told nobody is waiting ahead of me and should take 30-45min. Ok, so I take off for an hour and return to see my truck hasn't been touched. They told me "somebody" must have put it in the back of the file, but they can do it right now! No thanks, on to another shop.
