  • Dr. Greg Fihn is very good but this Health Care Partners he has teamed up with is bad. He has a new office in a bldg with zero signage and zero addresses on the bldg. Pretty hard to find the first time. The main phone # gives out 1pm-4pm for lab work hours. Show up 3:35, wait 10 minutes... "I'm sorry we're done, last patient 3:30." Call back main # to talk to spvsr. They tfr me to wrong office who cannot tfr, so have to call back. Finally get a nice lady. She says many complaints about the bldg having no signage. Something about the owner far as no signage. Who the heck would sign a lease at a bldg that has no address & allows no signage? She said her cheat sheet shows 1pm-4pm for lab work when 3:30 is the accurate end time, and only her spvsr can change it. We'll see how long that takes. p.s. Has been in that new building for at least a month and the website still lists the old address.
