it's fast and efficient for such a busy airport. We came in the Southwest terminal, which is now connected to baggage claim by a tram. Confused the crap out of me. Lots of slot machines everywhere, which is still weird, but makes for some interesting people watching. I miss the days when the rental car booths were inside. Now, you'll be cattle-corralled outside down a narrow pathway (the employees have conspicuously put up blue gates so you can't use the full width of the sidewalk or benches) that leads to a continuous stream of buses. You'll breathe lots of diesel fumes and experience the heat of a sauna since you'll be inches from the bus exhaust due to the side walk being blocked. Not good if you're dressed to the hilt and heading out to dinner like we were.
