  • I wanted to get the story straight once and for all because I feel like the owner is hearing two completely different versions of the same story and unlike the coerced versions of the stories from the managers/kitchen, I actually have proof. On April 28, I placed an order for 2 small chicken pad thai without any bean sprouts and on my call log I placed the order at 8:42pm (which is completely different from the first lie you were told). I arrived at 8:52 because it takes me 10 minutes to get there and upon my arrival I was the only person standing right at the front desk. I wasn't helped until 9:15 which is 23 minutes of me standing there not helped nor acknowledged. Two male waiters were standing beside me the whole time and I could overhear them complaining about their customers not tipping them, while they were looking at me. Eventually a woman with glasses walked up to the front and assisted me, but she was flustered and had no idea how to properly help me. I told her that I was here for a pick up order and I watched her pace back and forth trying to figure it out. She then hands me an order of 2 large pad thai with an extremely high price, none of which did I ever ask for, then I asked her what she charged me for and she then realizes that she took my order wrong. She then picks up the food and leaves me standing there for another 11 minutes, as noted by the time on my receipt, to which she overcharged me for by pricing each at $13.99 rather than $11.99. Due to the fact that I have been standing there so long and their lack of customer service was clearly evident, I didn't notice the pricing error until I got home at 9:36 pm. My father was the first person to notice how much they overcharged me because I had to ask him if this seemed normal and he called and spoke with one of the managers. She apologized and refunded us back the money. Then we went over to the food, and opened the box to see the most disgusting array of food. Not only was it sloppy on both, but for one of them we couldn't even distinguish what it was, the boxes were dirty and had crust along the top, and it was beyond cold all throughout each one. I called back at 9:45 pm and we complained and voiced our frustrations and she apologized and offered us a full refund. I told her that I would be there in 15 minutes because I was beyond livid and disappointed because now we have no dinner and I wasted a lot of time and gas just to be disappointed. I arrived at 10pm and I walked right to the front desk again and guess what, I waited there for another 16 minutes not helped and unattended. What your manager conveniently left out was that a male waiter was sitting at the bar playing on his phone the entire time and he kept looking up at me and completely ignored me. Then I got tired of waiting so I had to call the restaurant that I was literally standing in to make someone hear the phone to see that I have been there the entire time at 10:16 pm. The female waitress that saw me only saw me because she heard the phone ringing and had to ask whether or not to answer it and was about to ignore me but she reluctantly helped. The manager then came up and she admitted that she couldn't distinguish what the first order was and she said that the second was pad thai but it looked as though it was just flipped over in the box. I voiced every frustration I had and even openly pointed out to her the waiters who were not cleaning and were playing on their phones AS WE WERE STILL TALKING. The fact of the matter is that this establishment needs to completely rehire better individuals because I have never gone to such a dysfunctional and untrustworthy restaurant to come and pick up my order. As some sort of consolidation your manager gave me 20 dollars to excuse the fact that they wasted my entire evening altogether. My father and I were so disappointed that we didn't even eat that night and since she felt that we needed her to give us money, I will be returning that 20 dollars back tonight because that was just disrespectful. Nothing is more insulting then when a business can't own up to their mistakes and they have to create a fake story to prove their lie. The timeline that your workers gave you was completely false and to even try to defend their behavior is inexcusable. As seen through the pictures on my review you can come up with your own belief on how the quality of your food is supposed to be as well as the level of honesty is within your staff. Why do I have to go through all of these extremities to prove my story when your staff had to lie to you to prove their's?
