  • UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT......John, the new owner, seems to favor the chop shop business model. Reusing files, not washing the tubs, charging for every little thing, and shitty work. I prefer the customer focused model from the Mark and Amy days. I'm following Lilly over to LV Nails on Eastern.
