Really happy I was able to stay at this Hyatt House location during my time in Scottsdale in September. The location was perfect - everything was within a 10-15 minute walk to the bars/clubs and Fashion Square Mall.
Accommodations were very nice. Things looked extremely new and the property was well maintained and clean. The place itself reminded me more of a timeshare property than a hotel. It felt very home like with a large kitchen, living room with full sized couch, and a bedroom. The room could easily accommodate a small group of friends who wanted to crash for the night. A small downside was that there were no elevators so we had to carry our luggage upstairs.
The complimentary breakfast in the morning was much more than I expected. There was an omelet bar, various cereals, yogurts and fruit, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon. Compared to small muffins and make-your-own-waffles as you would normally see for free breakfast options, I thought the Hyatt House's offerings were very extensive selection and I was really satisfied. Bonus to the ample seating areas with flat screen televisions everywhere.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay. I would love to stay at another Hyatt House in the future if it was at all like this location.
