  • I have read the other reviews and I'm in shock because I have NEVER had a problem with this company and I have been with them for over 5 years. My water cooler that I've had from the beginning broke on Memorial day. I called them that day fully expecting them to be closed, but thought I give it a shot. They were not closed and they took care of the issue without any hassle. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they couldn't bring out a new cooler until Thursday so it sucked not having it for 4 days. My water delivery is always on time and I feel the price I pay each month is fair.
