  • For many years I had my insurance here but the agent retired and the agency was taken over by Tom Paikos. All the good employees were replaced and the service became terrible. They couldn't find money I had paid for auto insurance even though I provided them with the cancelled checks and I end up being fined by the State of Nevada. I changed agents and am still a happy State Farm customer but I highly recommend avoiding any business that includes Mr. Paikos.
