| - We needed to find a new pest control company because our original one stopped doing services and the last service we had was in October, with spring kicking in, I wanted to get this taken care of as soon as possible. After asking for some referrals, this company's name came up a few times so I decided to contact them.
My first person of contact was Derek, one of the managers. He was very nice and asked for details of my previous services, size of the property, and what my concerns were. After a few QA, he gave me a quote for a quarterly treatment and explained exactly what service will include. I was given an appointment right away for a week out.
Day of the service appointment:
Mark was the person who came to do the initial service. Arrived on time and gave me the details of what he will be doing, which matched Derek's information to the dot. He sprayed the garage, front and back yard, around the exterior of the house. He even put small traps at the entrance of the garage.
We completed some paperwork for the payment and also for details on the future services.
The next day, I received an email from Ecogen, welcoming us as a new client. The email included the service details, statement what I can contact them any time in between scheduled services if any pest issues arise, and the details of the service costs.
I'm a very happy customer!
