rev:text	HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE! My friends & I went to Vegas for a girls getaway trip. We purchased the 24 hour buffet for one price which includes 6 different buffets on the strip. The 1st buffet that we went to was at the Rio absolutely amazing food & service. Later that evening we went to Planet Hollywood Spice Market Buffet. 1st off the area where the line is formed is so smsll got a little claustrophobic, then once we were setted the waitress was unfriendly & made us feel as if she had something better to do other than wait on us. The Roast beef was dry & over cooked, the desert station didnt have much of a variety of deserts just cupcakes. Most of the meats in the Mediterranean station was over cooked & dry as well but the kick in the head was the cold crab legs. I've been to many buffets where if you ask the chef behind the serving station to heat yourcrab legs they are more than happy to heat them up for you. Well when I asked the cheft if he could please heat them for me he said they didn't do that, well then I said ok thank you & sat at my table where sconds later I saw waitresses walk by our table with plates of hot steamed crab, so I asked the waitress if we could have our crabs warm & steamed which she replied no they didn't do that. Then again we saw them walk by with more hot steamed crabs, we were like wth? We called the waitress over & asked to speak to a manager. The manager came to our table after about 10 minutes & we asked about having our crabs steamed. He had attitude & was arrogant & pompous. He told us they only did that for VIPs.... seriously? W felt less than important not even be able to rate hot crab. Yet they didnt have VIPs in a seperate area, They lied to us about not doing that & kept walking right by us with hot crab. He could have been a nice guy & said I will make that exception & I apologize but instead he took the douch route & acted like a jerk. I will never go to this buffet again. Us common people don't rate steam crab even though we payed the same price as others. BS!!!!
