  • I've been wanting to check this place, Ulta, out in forever. I'm from Hawai'i so we don't have this store. I went on a trip to Vegas and finally went to Ulta. I really wanted to buy some L.A. Girl Cosmetics concealer and when I couldn't find it, I asked one of the employees and she said "no, we don't have that here." So, we went to another Ulta on a different day and asked an employee, she also said " no." But also notified me that they don't carry it in stores, only online. Had the first girl in the first Ulta told me it was only online, I wouldn't have been so focused on getting to an Ulta and just spend more fun time with my friends. Communication is key and so is customer service.
