  • All anyone wants is an honest mechanic. The customer either does not have the time or the tools and ability to do this work. At Conrad's the corporate focus is on up selling or recommending procedures that are not needed. If you come in for a $25 dollar oil change, they will find $500 dollars in recommended work. If you decline, your car is put at the back of the list and you will wait all day. Some people are not savvy enough to know this, so they prey on the old and people with little knowledge. These are the type of people that really need their honest service.
