  • Horrible service, the initial estimator was nice but after that it all went downhill. We met with the estimator at the beginning of August and wanted the rug installed by the 20th. They said this was not possible even though they advertise next day installation, they gave us a date of the 23rd, which was ok. They called us a couple of days before installation day and said they were backed up and couldn't install that day. They gave us a really good discount so we rescheduled for the 1st of September. That would be today, we broke down entertainment stands, dining room tables and all our downstairs furniture and some upstairs and squeezed them wherever we could find room last night. The installers come and take measurements and ask us to look at the rug make sure it's what we ordered. As soon as he asks for payment and I hand him my credit card he goes on my porch and starts talking on the phone for about 20 minutes, comes back and tells me he can't install because he has to go to the hospital. I ask why and he says he got stung by a bee and he is allergic. I called to cancel and the rep kept trying to offer $50 off to schedule out a couple more days, of course I did not reschedule!
