Very nice staff and atmosphere on the interior - wish there was a little more room to sit though! Regardless, the beef sandwich had a lot of potential but it fell short due to a lack of balance in two major categories; texture and flavor profile. This was mostly caused by the roasted red peppers and sauteed onions. Having three smokey ingredients on a bun is a bit overpowering and was too overwhelming on my palate. Concurrently, these roasted peppers and onions combined with the soft meat and bread robbed every bite of a much desired crunch; having cast-ironed vegetables would have been a much more welcome exchange. (I also felt the onions were overcharred)
With all that in mind, I'd still gladly come back here and try it again. Nice people.
