  • Here's what they do well: food is ok (a bit pricey) and the wait staff is pleasant. Here's what we had an issue with: 1) we went for NYE showing of The Last Jedi and the volume for the trailers was OVERWHELMING! There were 6 of us and all of us were extremely uncomfortable. My husband's hearing isn't the best and even he was blown away by it. It was causing extreme agitation for one of our daughters to the point she had to retreat to the top to manage. We asked the staff about the volume and we were told the volume wasn't going to be as bad for the movie. 2) It was a cold evening (under 30 degrees outside) and my husband kept his coat on, as did my daughters. I had a vest and my puffy coat on as well as my scarf. Still cold. My .02 worth. Really the review should be 2.5
