  • I've been a customer here for a few years. Not sure I'll be back unfortunately. I made an appointment with Jimmy. The lady on the phone said that was fine. I got there 10 minutes prior to my appointment and a completely different person started to do my pedi. When i stated "no thanks, i had an appointment with Jimmy." The lady from the phone call said "i called him and i dont know when he will be here." I told her I'd have to reschedule because I frankly am picky about my pedicures. She then whips around and says "well we're just as good as he is!!" No problem. I'll leave. It's not a peeing contest. I made an appointment with a specific person and she knew that. I'll find someplace else.
