  • Whoa...This place is legit! I had my doubts, but those were all removed after we began eating. We got into Eat around 9:30 and were seated in around 10 minutes. The ambiance and decor was cool. The setting for kids will work, but I wouldn't say ideal. The community table is a nice idea or even eating at the bar. I ordered the corned beef hash with cheese and avocados. My wife had the truffled egg sandwich. This was arguably one of the best corn beef hashes I've had in a restaurant. My wife was equally impressed with her truffled egg sandwich. We also ordered a pancake on the side and was very impressed. Gary, our waiter, suggested we eat this while it was still warm, great tip Gary, thanks! The pancake was perfect! My only complaint would have to be the coffee. I normally would take away a star for this, but the food was so incredible I can't. We will definitely make this a stop every time we are in Vegas!
