Business owners beware: I was pushed hard by this location, Justin Hunt if I recall, to switch my account to business for all the potential savings and increased customer service. Since I've switched, I've been completely in the dark. I was told customer service was more personal and the savings are more. The exact opposite has occurred on both accounts. No return calls. No return emails. Once your account switches to business, support is only avail during business hours and the website has fewer options with far worst reporting.
