  • Where do I start this place sucks so hopefully you read this whole thing and you reconsider moving here. First off if there's anything wrong with your apartment guarantee they will not come out for months at a time. I have been living here for six months now and from day one I told them certain things needed to get fixed and still no response or anything. Second thing is the grounds around the complex are horrible worst condition I have ever seen I have a leak in front of where I live that has not been fixed in over a month and it's just getting worse. I've already twisted my ankle slipping on it. There's a water fountain that is broken and just laying on the floor. If you want to use the pools they are disgusting especially the kiddie pool. The out door pool has nothing but trash and rocks at the bottom of the pool. The next thing is probably the worst thing that I have encountered here and its the security. Let me tell you you will not see security walking around you will probably most likely see them sleeping in their car. Where I usually find them every night. If they are not sleeping they are just standing by the entrance talking to each other. We had a homeless person living in the bathrooms by the outdoor pool the sad part was that security didn't know we had another pool outside the one from the main office. Now mind you that my husband has already talked to the people in the office about these complaints, has gotten the number and talk to corporate and still nothing has gotten done. So the only thing I can think of is getting a lawyer for this slum we live in. I would never recommend anyone live here.
