  • These guys are a joke. I hired them to do a spray - the guy who came out was great and did what he was supposed to. That's not the issue. The issue is I've told them twice that I will call them when I want another spraying done. Instead, I constantly get calls saying "we have you scheduled for tomorrow at whatever time please call to cancel." Uhhh...that's not how it works. I've already told them I'll call them twice. In fact, they say I owe them $69 for a spraying when I left a message after hours telling them I need to cancel. I'm all for a company aggressively seeking out business...but when a customer tells them HE WILL CALL them to reschedule, they don't get to put him "on the calendar."
