I own a 2009 Honda Accord. I came in for a 60,000 mile service.
The place is pretty remote, it's behind the County Market next to the Planet Fitness. I came here because it was one of the only auto service places that was open on the weekends and had a good rating.
Pros:
- Polite and nice
- They don't charge as much as other places I've been to (oil & filter change amounted to about $25)
- They work fast, as long as you don't come in 7th in line (they are first come, first serve)
- They don't try to sell you anything unnecessary. They only worked on what I suggested and I asked them to notify me if anything else needed work (they told me nothing else needed work, only what I suggested did).
Cons:
- They didn't know what a 60,000 mile service for a Honda entailed. I had to bring up what edmunds.com suggested for a Honda as well as my owner's manual. I'm sure they've worked on Hondas before, they just don't specialize in them.
I don't know if they used Honda parts or after-market. I really don't care as long as it works the same and lasts the same. But if you need to know, you should call and ask.
Be sure to know ahead of time of what you need done. They don't seem to specialize in anything but they can do anything so long as you know what needs to be done.
No appointments necessary, just show up.
