  • Remember, this is a process. If you have a HOA it will take time to get their approval for solar installation. Everyone has to be patient. The installation went well, arrived on time and did what they were supposed to do. We failed inspection the first time due to a breaker not being replaced and vent pipes being covered by the solar panels. That set us back a bit, but it was rectified in a timely manner and we passed the second inspection. NV Energy was out almost immediately to switch out the meter. The system is easy to turn on, Universal walked me thru it and it went on without incident. They came back to paint the things they were supposed to paint per the HOA. We all learned from this install so I can recommend this company for Solar. Can't wait to get my first full month of solar NV Energy bill to see how much we saved in energy costs.
