Summary: Honest to goodness one of the top Brasilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) teams in the valley. From White to Black Belt; you cannot go wrong here.
I am no longer a part of this team. Normally, a person that resides in the same geographical area, remains a practitioner, and yet trains elsewhere, because of inter and intra-politics, would never be able to proclaim that their former academy/team is 'Whoohoo! As good as it gets!'; but I am not normal and I don't give a shit about these kind of politics.
There are training partners (as well as friendships) that I miss to this day that you will be able to be fortunate enough to train with at Gracie Humaitá if you join after reading this. They should permit for free introductory class(es) so what is there to lose?
Serious instruction focused on strong advanced basics. You can't go wrong. - E
