  • The business model just sucks. I've went in a few times and they were out of stock on various things. If you look at their shelves they tend to only have 1 of everything on the shelf (shelf empty behind what you see) and they only get a shipment from corporate once a week to replenish stock so your lucky if they have what your looking for when you go. Also, their website offers cheaper prices that they won't match in store -- Hint: the Hi-Health across the street does match their own internet prices. The business model is just too difficult and expensive in todays day and age.
