  • I did like Diamond Nails until I got 2 services and was charged a $5.00 surcharge per service for services provided after 7 p.m. Who does that? Why should a customer be penalized for you staying open until 11:00 p.m.? If you want to be open longer that's your business and you will ultimately make more money because you are open longer. Why should we pay extra for your extended hours? Walmart is open 24 hours but they don't charge the customers more for the products. That is downright greed!!!! I will go to Polished Nails down the street. They do a beautiful job with nails from what I can see on their Instagram page. Never again! By the way, I tipped my nail tech Kevin $20.00 because it wasn't his fault. You lost a good customer.
