  • Absolutely horrible company. Unfortunately, they have a monopoly in Las Vegas that was just renewed for a ridiculous number of years. This gives them no motive to improve their horrible service. Pay attention to this issue and write to your county commissioners. There must be a performance clause in the contract that requires this company to actually provide the service they are contracted to provide. Write your elected offiials and demand improved performance. If they don't hear you, vote them out of office.
