  • I live in Los Angeles , and I own 3 homes and a condo in Las Vegas for 5 years now. First United management also found those homes for me to buy , and let me tell you ... I got AMAZING deals ! I really like those guys... They are fully take care of my properties , and just make a deposit in my bank account monthly ... Properties are rented , rents collected , maintenance done and I don't have to deal with any of it ... I have a friend who owns properties in Vegas , and managed with another company in the beginning... His condos were always vacant ... Management company could not find tenants for a few month ... I recommended he switch to First United management, he did, and they found him a tenant after 2 days ! I also love monthly and yearly statements they prepare , and online access is very convenient when you want to see if the rents were paid etc ... Overall , very good experience ... I strongly recommended ...
