  • I stopped at this location to grab a quick drink and a snack before work. This location is kind of hidden so I don't usually run into other customers. It's almost always just me and up to (2) employees in the store. This time though I only saw (1) employee and he was busy helping a customer. No biggie I can wait. So I grab my drink and snack and head for the checkout counter. He even said "I'll be right with you" so I set my items on the counter. 5 minutes go by and he is still helping them. I continue to wait. It's been about 10 minutes of me standing awkwardly at the register with nothing being said... I understand you don't want to loose the "sale" but at the same time this employee doesn't even reassure me that he will be right with me. He makes me wait at the register for over 10 minutes without saying anything else to me so I finally had to leave or else I would be late for work. I walk across the store and place my items back. Then I walk back across the store to leave. The whole time this employee said nothing to me. It's like he could care less about what I wanted to buy because it was only a few dollars. I know he saw me walk across the store and put the items back. No "sorry for the wait" no "I can help you right now sorry about that". Not one word was said. Horrible customer service. Bye-Health
