  • Usually our experience here is good. Today (Sunday) was horrible!! They are not even busy. Came in with my daughter for a rapid strep test. Nothing was rapid about this experience !!! Good grief. I can understand if they are busy but really? I walk to the desk and there must've been 6 staff members just sitting there. Wth??? So.. did my daughter's rapid stress come back negative? Positive??? Good grief. Going on 3 hours just to have them tell me her test came back negative. Get your act together PCH... this is just wrong to have people wait this long and in a room that is just about freezing temps!!! Very uncomfortable and poor service. I can understand if the waiting area is packed... there is no one in the waiting area when we left! Ridiculous. For this I can go to the local ER and PERHAPS wait less ! Next time I'll think twice before coming to PCH urgent care. Waste of time.
