  • Napoleon's Piano Bar totally ruined one of my nights in Vegas. I arrived with a group of myself and three others and went to the bar to order. We ordered 3 beers and a water. The bartender rolled his eyes and said "who's the water for?" He proceed to rip the drinks menu out of my hands, point to the exit and screamed at me to "get out!". All because I ordered a water?! I looked at him totally stunned for a minute because I thought maybe he was joking (not funny) but he continued to point to the door and yell at me again. I left the bar extremely upset by this encounter of what I was expecting to be a really fun night at the piano bar. The piano bar is really doing themselves a disservice by treating patrons this way, they missed out of the profits of the 3 beers we'd ordered, plus the several rounds of drinks we would've continued to have there had we have been treated nicely.
