  • I was quite impressed with the flavors they had at Sweet Republic. I sampled one with basil and a mint chip one. I finally decided to go with the cantaloupe and pineapple and those were delicious. The way I would describe Sweet Republic's ice cream flavors is this: true, honest taste. There's nothing artificial tasting in the flavors. Very organic. I found their ice cream to be very refreshing. Now don't get me wrong, I love ice cream and other ice cream stores that aren't organic and are loaded with sugar, but this definitely was a treat. Plus, it is great to support a small, local business.
