| - I really dig this place. Aside from the largest selection of color coded jewelry, scarves, hats, purses, cover ups, even blouses and dresses; there's a kid section: I've literally taken a 5 yr old, my Mom's senior posse & my 16 year old niece and everyone has found something (usually several) they loved. A place that can be something to everyone in my hood is welcome.
I've purchased several hats to pair with bikinis poolside to protect my transparent skin & fashionista cred at once. The jewelry ranges from the fun to the dramatic & I really like that you can pick up a trendy piece and not spend a lot on a fleeting look. The hair accessory selections are vast and I really appreciate that as my hair usually is/ends up piled on top of my head and the cute accoutrements make that look less haphazard.
Though relatively inexpensive, I haven't found items to be cheap at all. One note of caution is the inventory frequently changes, so if you see something you want: buy it.
For work, I'm often at long events in killer heels and I like the variety of cute flats that they have which I can switch over to and still look relatively pulled together.
The kids section is adorable, whether you are buying for your own little one or gifts for budding divas. The staff is also friendly and helpful and they have promotions that they email to you regarding sales, etc. I also love that when I take my teen niece, all of her friends think I'm a pretty cool Tia :)
Love that it is close to home, more upscale than mall choices and is a hit with the many demographics of women in my life. No trip to Tivoli is complete without a stop at Charlies!
Only downside is the proximity to Pandora: have to hold myself back from adding to my bracelets. Charlie's is a much more reasonable splurge.
