We were ecstatic when this large, bright new Whole Foods opened close to us, south of 485. Since then (and well-before the Amazon buyout mind you): fresh seafood selection has gone from expansive and fresh (almost unbelievably so) to very limited, dried out and old. Fresh meat case brats and kielbasa have gone from excellent to - just yesterday - the point that an entire package of 4 were wrapped (much to our chagrin when we opened it at home) with broken casings and meat dripping out - unusable. Absolutely MOUTHWATERING house-roasted deli turkey and roast beef has either disappeared or (what is left) inedibly dry and tasteless. Forget about the harder to find selections like sopresetta, etc - they've disappeared as well. The bread slicer has been without a working label maker for a month - meaning you take your chances that someone at the checkout can ring it up or wait to flag down an employee to tag your purchase at the bakery counter. It's almost too painful to talk about what happened to the salad and prepared food at the self service lines. Even the signature smoked mozzarella pasta salad - a dependable staple - is now filling the cold case with stale pasta and almost no cheese. We've made our last visit.
