  • Although I liked the woman who came to clean on a personal level, I was not impressed with the amount of time allotted for the price that they charge. The rates were significantly more than some other companies in the area, and they do not appear to actually stand by their 200% guarantee. They spent approximately 45 minutes less than expected based on the information on their website, and I was frustrated that items were moved into different rooms, and some items were thrown out that were not garbage (e.g. manual for a Cuisinart). Overall, I would have to say I was not impressed with what you get for the money you pay for this service. They didn't even manage to sweep or vacuum under the kids' bed or my desk the first time around, which I would have thought would have been one of the priority tasks. If you're not too worried about cost, then go for it - the person who came was very nice, and perhaps other cleaners are, as well. However, you might want to request that things not be thrown away or moved in the process of straightening things.
