  • Have been going here for dry cleaning since they opened up. Service has been good overall. The have list 2 expensive items and I assume it was the help who needed clothing since soon after the items were missing the help who took the items in are no longer working there. Their prices are good but it has been disappointing that they are really getting strict with the coupons policy. They used to have their own coupons on the grocery store receipts but stopped doing that quite some time ago. They still took competition coupons whether it was in a news paper or online. Now they will not take a coupon unless it is printed in a news paper. This is a way of saying they don't want to take competition coupons at all. With the shift to the internet and those who do not get newspapers means we cannot use coupons for dry cleaning services here. Maybe they need to start a loyalty program for customers who have been going there for years. We are stuck going here until another dry cleaners opens up with prices that are comparable and the take coupons or have a way of honoring those who have been loyal.
