  • Nice place since ALL utilities are paid (rare case in AZ state). Beware of their "agreement" with the money order downpayment to hold the apartment I lost $140 dollars to these hoes (Sylvia and the at-the-time prego broad, forgot name, w/e) since according to THEM a Saturday that falls on a HOLIDAY is considered a business day. Clearly stated (at the time in 2014) that I had 3 BUSINESS days to retrieve my money order if I decided I wasnt interested any longer. Paid money order on THURSDAY. Called Monday and the prego bitch refused to give me my money order back. 3 business days doesnt mean 2 and a holiday weekend!! Lotta other stuck up hoes here too. Sylvia (actually spelled Silvia if your chicana/mexicana) is a nosy puta also. You tryin too hard to impress but youll find your TWIN not too far from 7th st at the homeless cage called CASS hehahahaha
