  • The last time I came to the center was in 2011. I happened to see an email with a great deal for a beauty treatment so I did as the email said and requested an appointment. I never heard back from them so I called myself. The receptionist was able to find my old file and schedule me an appointment. I wasn't given any kind of information as to my treatment so I just went in as is. Granted I had to come from Peoria and didn't give myself enough time so I was late. The lady who did my treatment was so rude to me. To the point where I just wanted to leave. She was in a hurry so she just wanted to get me out of there. She talked down to me and insulted me like she was my mother. Girl, I'm 38!!! It wasn't until I told her I would not be coming back that she attempted to be cordial to me. Now I know that the Dr is completely professional and nice. This is not against him. I will not return.
