Oh that veggie quiche! Like many, I gave up quiche awhile ago in favor of the less crusty frittata. However, the nicely prepared quiche at Baguette Cafe has turned me around. The eggs are perfectly cooked so that the dish is moist, allowing the flavors of the well-chosen vegetables to shine through. The chef cleverly omits over-powering peppers so that the flavor is soft and a good choice for breakfast. Coffee is top-notch and the staff is friendly. If you prefer a plainer approach, the croissants are authentic and just right.
