  • Nando's was highly recommended to me, so of course I tried it out with my husband on a date night. Overall - We were both very confused by the higher end decor but the fast food ordering style. Ok, whatever. The fries were delicious. The rest...meh. We got the shared variety plate and honestly, I was not at all impressed by the chicken. That's all fine, maybe it's just not my cup of tea. However, I found a peanut in my glass of coke, my fork was dirty, and I found an eyelash in my fries, a hair in our chicken, and another hair in the chicken they brought us to replace the first chicken (definitely not our hairs, as we are both light-haired and these hairs were black). I really wanted to like Nando's as much as everyone who has told me about it, but I won't be back.
