I do like that this store always seems clean but the customer service employees really need some additional training. First, in the basic area of professionalism. The way they speak while I'm standing there is extremely unprofessional, the language used and the way they tend to chit chat about personal stories as if I'm not standing there is very uncomfortable. Secondly, they never know how to use the device that goes with the online order pick-ups. I place my orders online and then expect to easily be able to pick my order up and be on my way but it usually takes at least two employees to even figure out how to use the device. And it's usually the same woman every time, you'd think she'd learn how to use it by now. It's a great service to offer, but training needs to happen so customers don't have to stand around waiting and listening to the employees and their chatter.
