rev:text	Ultimately, the director of rooms contacted me about my concerns and did give us a free night. I am a Select Member but didn't get any of those perks - the free night compensates us for the free sodas we didn't get. I did get at least one written apology. I would have preferred to give a half star increase as I am aware of my relatives' experiences as well. However, those stories are theirs to tell. I appreciate the effort
