  • These guys try hard to take care of your pool service needs. It can be tough when the pool owner knows nothing about their pool, as I have frequently encountered when in the store and listened to other customers. I have been taking care of my own pool for 12 years now, and these guys are very good with testing your water and making recommendations. Recently Bryce took apart my Caretaker unit and helped me repair the unit at a fraction of the price I was quoted by others. He also did a great job fixing my pool cleaner with $16 worth of parts and free labor! I thought I was going to have to pay $400+ for a new cleaner, as the plastic gears were old and not working well. This was a pleasant surprise and they have always been very honest about prices and my pool needs. They have been great with offering solid advice on chemicals and balancing my water chemistry, even with a large salt water pool.
