Better with no stars. Ive been without internet for 3 days now. When calling, which took 4 tries to get a straight answer, I was lied to, hung up on, then told I could have a repair Tuesday (5 days after the outage and problem) if I agreed to a service window of 8 am to 6 pm. So stay home all day and hope someone shows up? So now I am waiting until Wednesday with a window of 8-10 am. I am changing to Cox as soon as my contract is done. Speeds have always been lousy. But treat me as a customer this way? Bye.
